If the character is seeing a girl fuck someone else and isn't being forced to watch/getting yo girl stole/etc, then Female exhibitionism and/or male voyeurism spring to mind. Why would it be any different than watching her masturbate? The overuse of NTR and cuckold these days is going to utterly ruin the genre. As it is, a good number of games with NTR tags that I've played here (and other places) barely touch on the core tenants of the fetish.

15th edit: I keep forgetting to praise this game amidst this genre discussion and drama. For 0.2 this is quite impressive and shows a lot of promise. I will definitely be following this title. I'm especially fond of the anatomical.. "correctness" of the models, for lack of better phrasing. I'm already a fan of fit girls, so my bias is heavily skewed against many erogame girls anyway.. but man I tire of the "watermelon tits on a petite frame" trope which seems so, so common in erogames anymore. It immediately breaks my suspension of disbelief.

Yeah, that's why I was like WTF when I saw her being so brainless and fucking that guy. I thought that the story did not fit her anymore... then I thought it must be the alcohol just for an excuse but blowing that guy so early in the party, kinda does not stick. But doesn't matter... dropped this due to misleading or wrong title. Any person of average logic can interpret from the title that the sister is the main objective in the game... then that scene took place and broke any logic and even the story in the beginning, what she said about what guys she likes... then she did the opposite.
I play these types of games mostly because of the story... even got bored and stopped watching porn due to most of them not having a story anymore... so when I find a good story on a game I stick with it. But this game got the title wrong and the story got turned upside down for the sister character. Maybe it was because the dev wanted to add a sex scene early in the game (but already made one with the mom's friend), irdk... to gather the troops so due speak, so he made the sister to be a whore even though the story setting was going in other direction. No need for sex scene/s so early in the game if you ask me... better make a good plot that eventually leads to a sex scene than having it so early and especially mindlessly and out of nowhere... I play DMD for a reason.
But it's ok, good luck with the game, there are other people that like it.

OK - I just want to address this specific point because I've seen it a few times. I am a firm believer in Chekhov's gun - everything is in the game for a reason. Nikki saying she wants a good guy that treats her right is absolutely true. That is what she wants. The flaw in her logic is that she thinks in order to get a guy to like her, she needs to put out. This is why in the opening scene in the latest update, she says that she's following her one night stand on social media and they are basically dating because he accepted her friend request. To put it simply, Nikki is looking for love in all the wrong places (and in all the wrong ways).
So far, none of the characters I've introduced are going to be one dimensional characters (with the exception of Taylor's Mom, who I don't think you'll see again). They all have backstories that may come out as time goes on that will lead them to act in certain ways in certain scenarios.
You are certainly entitled to your opinion of the game and I understand if it's not the type of game you like. That's completely fine. I just felt that some people missed this point about Nikki wanting a good guy and then acting like a slut, so I wanted to clear up my motivation a little. Perhaps I'll try to go back and rewrite some of that dialogue to spell that out more clearly in the next update.

I have to say that it's probably my favorite game right now. I like that the flow of the game is not cliche like many other games. A lot of people just wanted same progress/flow with different characters/renders. So it's a refreshing change for me that the sister is a slut (no need to be corrupted like in most games) as well as actually nice and supportive for the MC to bang/get other girls (instead of most where the older sister characters tend to be bitchy and bossy).
My only small criticism right now is that the Gentleman path seemed to be very lacking for the time being (not sure what's planned in the future). Not that I really play as a Gentleman anyway, but I'm definitely curious as to what that path will bring in the future.

That little clip is pretty much textbook netorare. The rising tension of reaching the top and the revelation, followed by outrage and eventual breakdown. The rising tension and mystery are always my favorite part of netorare stories. The term NTR gets thrown around these forums a lot nowadays, but most of the games its applied to don't really cut it.
More on topic of the game. To put it simply, I like it. The characters models have a certain charm to them and they don't jump at me like the overused models in some other games. All in all I'd give this early demon an "OK"
