The new girl Miko looks kinda meh, or maybe bland in comparison to others, which are way more colourful. She even seems to be of a different art style than the other characters in the game. Maybe it's just because of the picture and when she is in the game, she will fit more. But really, from what I have seen (only in this one picture so far), in comparison to others, she is meh.
I'll withhold judgment until she's in the game. How a character relates to MC and what situations they're in can do wonders. She isn't as good looking as the neighbors but I think her art style fits the rest of the game.

The real point for me in the game are the little sneaky fun with the daughter. I hope that this theme continues, even if there are more characters and stories added
