The new girl Miko looks kinda meh, or maybe bland in comparison to others, which are way more colourful. She even seems to be of a different art style than the other characters in the game. Maybe it's just because of the picture and when she is in the game, she will fit more. But really, from what I have seen (only in this one picture so far), in comparison to others, she is meh.
I'll withhold judgment until she's in the game. How a character relates to MC and what situations they're in can do wonders. She isn't as good looking as the neighbors but I think her art style fits the rest of the game.

There is an underrated character too btw, the secretary. She seems interested and kinky. I hope Pandelo develops her role as well
