Im pretty disapointed in the newest chapter. Ive followed the game for a long time and now hiding the relationships with the girls out of nowhere is lame. Part of what makes a Harem exciting is the complete opposite. Keeping the relationships a secret is a turn off, for me at least in this setting. I kept hoping the MC would refuse because it fits his character but nope. I guess the writer has different beliefs in what is exciting. Your harem is officially single, to everyone but you. Anyways, it's been fun.

First thing, thank you for being a fan until now, and of course I do know that I can't please everybody, and I hope you take this reply in good spirit.

While I've tried to abstain and let people perceive things how they want to, I like taking part in this community, and this take is one that I want to discuss because it is quite a controversial take, so ayt, let's go through this.

Your harem is officially single, to everyone but you.
At the start of chapter 12, Yukine announced their open relationship only to their "close circle." The harem has always been a secret that is exclusive to them, and the same people that know about it are also the same people that know it's a ruse.

What the public, their friends, and their family know before chapter 27: Yukine and MC are a couple; everyone else is officially single.
What the public, their friends, and their family know after chapter 27: Yukine and MC are now also officially single.

What their group + Akemi know before chapter 27: We're a harem, but Yukine is official.
What their group + Akemi know after chapter 27: We're a harem.

Yes, while not explicitly stated, it is heavily implied that Dice knows, and Thonk knows, they did help spread the fake news after all. "The harem has always been officially single to everyone but their inner circle," so your statement confuses me. The only change was Yukine.

Hatsumi and Chitose, even though they are part of the monkeys, have not been privy to that information ever since.

Yes, it fits MC's character to reject Yukine's proposition, but because he is a Yukine simp, that's why he initially did. But what fits MC's character even more is his ensuring that "ALL THE GIRLS" are safe from scrutiny and judgment, especially those with public statuses. And he would never ask this of Yukine himself (more on this point below).

Hiding the relationships with the girls out of nowhere is lame.
Well, I established earlier that nothing NEW was exactly hidden, so I'm focusing on the "out of nowhere" part. I've never once asspulled a narrative in MTWY; everything has been set up and hinted at, albeit some not explicitly, but in this case, yes, and Yukine expressed the reasons herself.

What hasn't been said yet is that Yukine knew the inevitability of her relinquishing her spot as the official/main LI (it will be discussed later on in Chapter 30-31, so I may have spoiled things slightly). Everyone else directly looking at their relationship is the straw that broke the camel's back, specifically Hatsumi and Azami. And the thing was, MC loves her too much to ask that of her, so she took the initiative.

Yukine is highly perceptive, and her personality and decision-making have always been "others first," even to the point of self-destruction. Even her decisions in Lost Time align with what she did in this current chapter.

Anyways, it's fun discussing the game again, so thank you for that, and I wish you well on your other ventures.

I fucking KNEW she was too smart to just fucking end it, what a goddamn tease.. fuckin writers man...

anyway, damn I really love this story still and it is so fucking painful to wait every damn time.
Yeah, me too!!! I agree!

is this game have a breastfeeding handjob scene?
One and it's quite simple. But I do like that, but the narrative has not been kind to me being able to make a scene like that again.

I guess I interpritted the story incorrectly then, because to me I thought the MC would go through any lengths to keep the girls happy and succeeding in whatever facets of life they are moving and in return the women loved and cared for him unconditionally. Openly saying we have to keep the relationship a secret and break up publicly seems like a slap in the face, but like you said, you can't appease to everyone. Its all good. Thanks for taking the time to explain things as you intended them.

I don't remember exactly but I think last chapter I made some posts about the tease about Yukine "ending the relationship" and... maybe something else? I'm genuinely too lazy to just search my posts but I think my memory is correct here.
Anyway, one of those posts got replied to teasing further about the breakup and I made the call that she's too smart to just end it, it didn't make sense. Which in hindsight.. I should never have fallen for that trap but I was probably pretty emotionally vulnerable at the time.

Right, that... I told you it would happen. Just as much as Hime got hit by a car.

I just found this gem yesterday and I currently im at chapter 12-13 and i have to say it has been a REAL BLISS playing it so far. It has been a really REALLY long time since a harem game has touched my heart so much like this one. Nearly every girl so far has been VERY LIKEABLE so far. Unfortunately I saw that poll on the front page here and saw the other idol girl and Iroha seem to be added to the harem too... i dont much about the 2nd idol girl yet, but I dont know how Iroha fits in it all.
I mean so far all the girls have had very precious relationships or bindings with the main character, which makes everything understandable and makes me want to root for them all.

But the 2nd idol girl and Iroha just feel like they have been added for ... convenience or extra fetishes? i dont know.. i just cant see it anything yet that would justify them being added to the harem, it feels very off.

Nonetheless this game is really a hidden gem, I have been on this site since 2022 and had never seen it until yesterday. Great GREAT GAME. You deserve all the support you can get. Thank you!

An amazing game. A beautiful and fascinating story that’s hard to step away from, great characters, good music. Basically, everything is superb, except for one major flaw: the fact that the main character’s face is hidden(his default “name” being MC is an additional annoyance). Which only gets worse with the developer constantly rubbing it in with the massive amount of pictures(and I would’ve loved all the photos being in the game, if they were normal). The face situation is a fucking dementor for me. Honestly, if it wasn’t for that, I would consider My time with you one of the few AVNs that I regard as “the best”. By the way, “chichi” is one of the words for “breasts” in Japanese, so I don’t know about Chitose’s father calling her that.

That’s how I felt about the game throughout my playthrough, until I reached chapter 25. Then a tragedy ensued.

Let’s say for the sake of the conversation that the story was 10/10. With chapter 25 it plummets down to 3, at most. Not only did Hatsumi keep the flash drive(which is fine on its own, they were poor and couldn’t afford a lot of those), but she didn’t delete the video, despite thinking that her sister had watched it? I’m sorry, I really don’t want to sound like an asshole, but I don’t know how else to express this. It feels like the writer was replaced. I genuinely don’t know what happened there…

Eh, all in all, despite how much the hidden face aspect detracts from the game and kills my enjoyment of it, My time with you is still one of the best AVNs out there. It’s certainly far better than the majority, but also quite below the very top.

1. Thank you.

2. I have never met anyone, nor have my relatives in Fukuoka use the word chichi as "breasts." It could be translated that way but even saying it's rarely used is an understatement. Chichi has always been used as father. Toriyama-sensei has a character named Chichi, but she has a nice pair. Let's just say it got lost in translation.

3. No one uses thumb drives anymore in the year 2021 (MTWY setting), so even if they couldn't afford those, they also don't need them. Hatsumi said, "It was useful back then." Everything gets sent digitally. Hime only used one because their connection got crappy due to the blackout Azami caused.

4. I don't think I've ever stated them to be poor; Hime participates in their inner circle's bets (dice/rion relationship implosion ETA), and Hatsumi is provided for by their parents financially. Hime was more than willing to lose money on that; she was having fun doing it too. Hime rejects the money her parents provide for her, but she's fine. She was willing to send a thumb drive without thinking of the reimbursement, too. Aino mentioned it only after the fact.

5. This one confuses me. The video, of course Hatsumi didn't delete it. Hatsumi is written as a bratty kid, but she's a sensible brat; otherwise, she wouldn't be a fan favorite. Bratty kids in any narrative are always hated, or at least a cause of annoyance.

It's a small file, and she understands sentimental value when she sees it, and she likes MC. She just doesn't understand to what extent it means to Hime. Hatsumi thinks the world of her; she wouldn't do anything deliberately that would upset her sister. It's also common courtesy to not delete files on external drives that you borrow. To her mind, she's still just "borrowing," however long-term, and she was eager to return it once Hime needed it.

The no-face MC, I have no comments on that.

Keep playing. :D

Kanehana's role/spot is originally Chitose's and was written as such for Book 1 until I changed it on the fly. But that's all I'm able to say since that's behind-the-scenes exclusive content.

Thank you for taking your time to provide thorough response(granted, the biggest issue wasn’t addressed, but that is your right). Your explanation alleviates my feelings of story quality being dropped to some extent. I also seem to have been mistaken about their financial situation, I apologise. I was under the impression that it was all on Hime, but it does make sense that she wouldn’t reject her parents’ money when it comes to Hatsumi. To be honest, even after reading your reply, I still feel like the whole video affair is too easy/convenient. Perhaps when time passes and I play the game again(while keeping your words in mind) I shall look at it differently.

Wishing you and your game all the best.
