“Experimental medicine” at the hospital that increases gestation multiplier (stacks with multiple doses?) so that people can choose to undergo this or not. Some might like the realistic timeframe.

That would work well with the shady hospital guy. A Super Power Research Institute surely would have something like that in their portfolio.
You could either get the treatment for free and give the child to the istitute or pay for the treatment and choose like normal.

A different way would be to simply buy it in the stores. Whatever is easier.

additionnaly : chat and flirt gives +1 sexual desire, whatever perk you may have that should increase or decrease this gain
Actually , it' is worse than i expected : game says +1 sexual desire when chat and flirt, but in fact nothing happens for your sexual desire score

Strip club - dance - nude - cunilingus : the stat bonus is said to be +2 / -1 whatever perk you have, but it is applied correctly, taking the perks into account.

blackmail event : there are some inconsistancy as he can appear showing a porn cam when i never visited Studio ... Only lewd thing done was at gloryhole i guess
Another scenaristic inconsistancy : when the heor suit event happen in college, but it's week-end.

About speed up natural pregnancy, i don't see why considering you made the option to induce birth. I made the game long enough to see natural pregnancy happening. People may find it strange, but i played with the goal of not going through eveything too fast, not finish the game too fast (it's easy enough yet).

About the ways to get the supervisor scene, if i remember right it's supposed to happen when you miss class, but also if you fail a number of test. I'm not sure this second way is implemented. Missing test days (friday) or failing test like 4-5 times and the supervisor call to put pressure.
the smart bonus on most mooney gain may be counter-productive because people won't fail tests .... they still can skip class on friday to avoid test though ....

as an always horny character, when you go work in the Student Bar for the second time, the perk doesn't prevent you to just work normally, it should force you to expose your cleavage when you have the requirements.

random grope event : when wearing PJs it shows formal clothing

If you aren't wearing a lewd outfit, the grope event will always show up as formal clothing. Just a small concession to save time.

That's actually harder to do than it seems. I won't be able to let the player have pink eyes, it'd just be the body and hair. Additionally the appearance change would not affect sex scenes (far too time consuming). So while I can throw the slime body in the accessories as an Easter egg, it will be purely cosmetic.

I was talking more like a 'clinical trial' thing. You get paid to try a new medicine meant for pregnant ladies that speeds up gestation. Likely with side effects.

Okay, i've got some more bugs to report

First, minor one : it seems that swimsuit grope event always show a knocked up belly., and naked too, maybe all ?

Then, i found a few issues with anal queen perk at massage parlor :
- it seems to prevent any random or scheduled event, except for random groping, maybe because of following
- stuck with no way to do anal service, whatever my scores (as you can check with link) it seems i'm never qualified, leading to repeatidly taking "can i do anal" and then bunny anal training scene :

- on another hand, if you finally do the vaginal sex service, then anal service becomes available, even if you don't meet the requirements (i used some alcohol, this is why i was able to do vaginal, then sober up and test anal without meeting the requirements)

edited : oh and a last one, always horny perk doesn't prevent to choose to escape during the alleyway encounter with M. Tentacle, plus you cannot take direct double tentacle penetration if you meet the requirement, if you didn't first suffered standing tentacle once. Maybe intended, but why give the choice then ?

after using M Slime encounter, i realized that the cumflated status allowed me to go to hospital for pregnancy option, and even induce birth with 0 days pregnancy, and have a baby from cumflation .... is it the way slimes reproduce ? a cum baby lol

My suggestion would just to simply add an option in the settings as someone already suggested. Eitherway if you decide to make it faster or stick with how it is, it definitely should be made clear in game how long natural pregnancy takes.
