From what I read on his Patreon profile, he (temporarily) quit the game due to the platform's HUGE HOLY VAGE RULES OF SHIT, but will continue it on another platform between April and May. I think he solved the problem of him stopping him for a while.

As I said, Sole Searching is a continuation of My Waifu's feet. So, I mean yeah under the title My Waifu's feet, the game won't be updated. But Sole Searching is the same storyline continued from where My Waifu's Feet left off
