You cant pick up teh mushroom until you accept the quest from the old guy in the burnt town at night. Not the one that was on the ship, there's another one at night on the uppper right side of the town.

How exactly do you even get started with Kugishima? He just keeps saying the same things. I haven't started any other routes.

1st and 2nd Event: talk to him like always
3rd Event: wait 2-3 days after 2nd event, and in the morning our son got bite by mosquito and need a first aid kit. so don't craft it but talk to him
4th Event: wait 2-3 days after 3rd event, this time need a cloth (you know what to do)
5th Event: wait 2-3 days after 4th event, this time need a herb (you know the drill)
6th Event: wait till our son got better, then talk to him

Yes, First you need to clear at least once the Valley dungeon and inspect the gold mushroom. After that wait till night, go to town and find the cook on upper right area. After talk to him, go back to the gold mushroom, take it and delivery it to him.

no its not like that always the developer who choose depend on what and how he wants the macanics of the game to advance and because he want it to be NTR so he made that part where someone want to get rid of the husbend but doesnt die instead he make him ingured so she should take over and go one with the story advances....

I think he hasn't found the survival book I since Vol I recipe and Vol II tools

I think I got all the paths but can't seem to finish Kugishima. The final scene won't trigger.

Not really, but that also depends on how you define ntr. The introduction (which is skippable) and ending is from the viewpoint of the husband but the game play is from the wife's viewpoint. The player can choose to shut down all 'naughty' scenes except for some scenes where she is sexually abused by a local shota (which seems more like an after thought by the Dev imo).

It says it's an NTR. Are the NTR scenes optional or necessary to finish the game?

I understand that the wife is a precious exchange currency in the couple's survival on this male-dominated island and to live decently, you have to "sell" your wife.

Is it also possible to finish the game without selling your wife?

Okay, so, I am extremely confused as to how to progress in this game.

I appreciate the fact that there are different things to do, and things to follow, so to speak.. but aside from speaking to the NPC's here and there and doing a couple quests, I seem to be stuck

The only place I have managed to explore fully is the valley, where thankfully monsters do not attack, but there are several things that the game has mentioned that I don't seem to be able to find.

Firstly, the son if you speak to him talks about a ghost story in the burn village. I have went there and explored every nook and cranny that I could find there. but to no avail. Also, I've read here that to gather one of the ingredients you need to make the medicine for the injured sailor, you need to get it in the forest area. When I go to the forest area, a bear shows up to which I seem to not be able to do anything against.

The guy before the area talks about honey for the bear, but thus far I have not seem to be able to find any recipes for honey? Also tried to go to the mountain cave and said I need a light, which I assume I need to craft.

The old man also speaks about some memory points, I don't really want to engage in his questline because it doesn't really interest me so I'd like to do it the normal way but where can I even get those points?

I'd appreciate any guidance, I'm interested in this game and seems like it has potential but it is very non-user friendly.
