Not the game but the developer's lust for money.
I'd say just put it in your watch list so you don't forget it, without notifications, and just check once a month or so. It'll likely get another update, but who knows when. Just play other stuff until it happens. Some developers put stuff out very regularly, most a few times a year, and than others like this one will eventually do so, but its so sporadic that there's just no way to tell, and I just keep those games on the back burner as a pleasant surprise when they get new content.
Tomorrow is October and dev never posted for September.

Yeah darius (and his dads) skins have often been in my gripes, they look plasticy, i dont know if it's the base models or his texture customization. They need more stuff that makes them look like people; imperfections, tattoos, hair, whatever.

That picture fucking sucks hubby isn't even there holding her hand or being a supportive partner. Thank goodness it's only a bonus image.
Last update still annoys me though.
Dev's patreon supporters are now decreased to 88 slowly the number will decrease to 10-20, then he will release an update.
I would like to see more common sense and fairness from the developers here. If they know that game development is no longer possible due to time constraints or other reasons, they should deactivate the payment function on PATREON and communicate this clearly. This always leaves a "scam aftertaste".
While I completely agree with you, its also up to the people donating to stop being stupid. It hurts the community in general in my view when people blindly donate without getting anything in return. I myself only donate when a game is fully completed or after an update that I think is quality.
People donating blindly encourage the bad behavior by devs, why do any work when people will donate to you regardless?
