Not a stupid question as such, but you could have found the answer easily with the search function, as it was asked and answered couple of times. Just put the xml into the main directory.
but how to open Julia 3rd tier costomes in that case ? if hotel level = 3 is the final one

You need Julia to be third tier so make sure she gets enough "action" in all her jobs. Especially housekeeping needs to be organized tightly, since you will often need her in reception or the kitchen.
Well one of the main parts of the updata is Julia's part, but u can't acheive it, what a bad bug (
I have never played in Unity format. What do you recommend I install on my computer which is Win 32K for this game. I also have a laptop, but it has Linux and is 128K, and I don't like its small, only 15.8 inch screen

If you're talking about claiming her reward on her 3rd tier, you won't be able to because the Manor only goes up to level 2 at the moment. So that's not a bug. If you hover your mouse pointer over the lock, it will say, "Requires a hotel level of at least 3 to be able to claim the reward for this tier".

Each of the items in the tiers has to be be done in the order they appear. If you hover your mouse pointer over the "i", it will give you a hint on when and where you need to do that specific task.
Have her assigned to the Sauna then check up on her.

So i finished all the t1 scenes of Julia doest that mean i automatically unlocked t2 or is there anything that needs to be done. Since im not able to unlock t2 new uniform lobby scene, it keeps saying DND

You need to go into the progress screen and claim her uniform for Tier 2 just click the maids head on the right side of the planning screen click on Julia and then go into progress
