Totally agree.
There are (much more than) a lot of other 'games' or novel-like stories that have sexual content on the internet (not to mention real porn). So complaining is just very peculiar in my opinion.
What I like about this one is the actual game set-up. A bit more thinking than just clicking, clicking, clicking and sometimes choosing a direction to go.
The expression for books is to not judge them by the cover.
I guess in this case it should be "Do not judge the game by it's update"; wait for the full/completed version.

For reasons explained by Faerin this is another COVID/corona update to me. We'll have to deal with it.
By the way, I like the sauna scene with Julia. That's something new. :)

I tend to think the complaints are born because those people enjoy the game, but it doesn't give them what they expect.
So, basically, they lash out at the game because they didn't manage their own expectations.
It's also known as entitlement.
It must deliver exactly what I want. Otherwise I'm going to complain about it. Particularly to those who do enjoy it! I must tell them how wrong they are to do so.

I was wondering why the game isn't mentioned in the dxdiag report. Because normally there should be an entry about it and what the problem is.

Dosman2003: Please check and try to install this Windows 7 update. No guarantee that it will fix the issue.

Also, is it possible that you don't have a proper h.264 decoder installed? K-Lite Codec Pack or similar?

Thanks! And I just copied and pasted what you said to notepad and put it in the folder as well so I'll know next time. Cause lord knows I'll forget again come next version :p

It is finally working and thank you kindly for your help, cold_arctus! I had two windows 7 updates and now 3 updates over my SP1, plus I installed 'K-Lite Codec Pack 1605 Mega'. Updated my GeForce driver. Re-booted my computer and tried the game. Now no problems...

Do me a favor and post a new log file again. Just to compare if the major errors no longer show up in your log. Thanks!

i think the development portion of the game is being overstated. this game has a lot of moving pieces sure, but for the most part that stuff has already been figured out. once you have a room, a girl, an npc, and the time figured out in the engine, it's all just changing variables and switches to allow them to do things or how much they affect outcomes of things. i don't buy that it takes that long for the "management" portion of the game. this and a sandbox with stats have a lot of similarities, and it felt like he moved a lot faster in moth.

Been playing this game for a while with no problems... here is the latest copy of the player.log file...

I tried to play this game once, I didn't have patience, I didn't see any sex scene, I only had one hotel to take care of, but from the reviews it looks good I'll try again.........................i saw the tags changed idea looks like donte have nothing anyway this is problem

had the same problem once
when you start the game go to preferences set the screen resolution
to the same as your desktop
it can be hard to see but doable

i think Faerin
have forgot to tick some setting in unity so the game auto detect
a players screen resolution
