As you seem to be so obsessed by the levels going up one tier, I thought I would address some of your previous concerns
So this is now 3 months of "next month guys, ill make up for it" and the update being smaller than before december. OOF!
Two computers blowing up moving house and an operation, those are the reasons for the smaller updates, it's called real life and it may come as a surprise to you but would you believe Indie devs suffer from the same problems as you in real life.
But judging by your posts you don't have any problems at all except why the levels have gone up a tier.
So he quietly moved all character levels up by one, effectively reducing content in the future by 20%. Hell the mother and sister are on the last tier now with the current scenes already filling out 3/4 unless there's a pattern change. Great shit after 3 underdelivering updates. Did faerin get bought out by EA?
Here you made an assumption that the game size and content have been reduced by 20%. I class the dev as a close personal friend and I work for him. I don't know how big the game will be at the end, only Faerin knows that and he keeps that close to his chest.
So I have a question for you have you got Tarot cards like Isabella and can see into the future? You've actually seen the completed game and because Faerin changed the tier numbers that timeline has somehow changed.
You have made an assumption that is completely wrong but you think the louder you shout about it the more your version will become the truth.
As you've seen yourself no one cares except you, you seem to demand attention. The majority of people here are happy with the direction the game is taking, some aren't but you can't please everyone
So would Faerin or someone directly talking to him please adress why the character interactions have silently been moved up one tier? Is any future content being scrapped? Is it a mistake? What is this about?
You accused my colleague and friend in one of your posts of being condescending towards you. Take a look back in this post at some of yours they're not condescending they are downright insulting to the dev. So yeah you're going to be first on the list for us to reply to.
Why? Are you a Patron? If so ask the dev directly on Patreon. No, you're someone on a pirate site that thinks for some reason he's better than everyone else here and that his concern has to be addressed immediately, because in your own mind your that important.

Actually, take a look at your previous posts, just change people for devs and young man to a spoilt child it kind of describes you to a tee.
The answer to your question is this you now need to be level 2 to claim the first reward it's part of the rebalancing of the game, as there were no requirements except completing the events to claim the first tier reward.
There's no conspiracy theory behind it, there's no reduction in the size of the game.
Take a look at the last post I quoted of yours and take some advice from it, try growing up a little, no one here owes you anything and definitely not the dev of a game that you insult in a number of your posts, ask us if we can help we will but don't demand like a spoilt child.
I liked the game but not the way it is headed.
