mousewheel will scroll back dialogue, but you cannot change decisions made.
Go to menu and Load, Auto saves, latest one will be the time period you're in, or just left.
Can alter decision that way.

To add to that since it has been asked in the past: mousewheel only scolls dialogue not images, but every scene and thus image is rewatchable via the personnel file.

Always a nice treat, though the restaurant around the corner (is this shitdemic soon over so they can hopefully open again) is better at Bami Goreng. Though I'm sure it cannot compare to auntie's either way.
