It's Anastasia's scene. Go to the beach in the afternoon (or morning) and talk to the the two girls by the tree, then check the changing room at night.

The password is in her diary. It's either naira+your name, or if the old bug is still around naira+mc. All the passwords and things are in the official walkthrough.

You get the gold pass from one of Velle's event's (I think her level fifteen one), the velvet pass isn't in the game yet.

Go take a shower, you should find a scrap of paper with the password. The password is 47carnations, but I think you have to actually find it for it to work. All the passwords and things are in the official walkthrough, and as you can now see they're already posted in the thread too.
