Because old saves from 0.2.0 will work with future releases from now on.
Strength you get when you workout in gym by yourself. Repair you get when you fix the broken pipe in bathroom and again when you fix the broken security camera. Not sure how to get more than 2 points.

You can fix the clog in the pool via the board but there's no use for that extra repair skill for now. Just a small scene with Esther
