The mod linked above is the only up to date walkthrough. The old official pdf in the opening post can still be useful to have around, it is only for 0.14 though.

Click around the house and map to find and do the girls events, the heart top right of the screen will give you hints for all the girls and tell you if your done for now. Otherwise there's the walkthrough mod linked above, or you can search or ask here if you get stuck.

So my last save was Monday Week #13... Jade was lvl 12 and I need her to be level 17 for Sunday #13 special event. Except Heather blocking my access to Mall for 2 straight days. I end up with Jade lvl 16 on late night Saturday.

Think the level requirement was just to make sure she'd moved, so it should still happen. You could just skip for a week to make sure it does.
