Goddamnit. They're so much good stuff in it too..... oh well. As long as it happens eventually.
Oh it will

Probably getting buried and overwhelmed under the more popular characters such as Aerith, Tifa, Yuffie, Scarlet and Jessie but it will happen.

Honestly, creators such as LazyProcrastinator and InitialA are more likely to do those characters than majority of the scene.

Following the inability of a few vocal and very expressive people in this thread to remain on topic and read a handful of rules so we can all operate in a civilised and organised manner, leading to the point of having to remove 50+ messages in a row, I am making this announcement for everyone to see.

Failure to remain on topic, avoid debating the latest video game's releases and industry trends (eg: Stella Blade), abide by the RULES and to stop bickering in this thread at this instant will result in restrictive actions taken against you.

Those include, but are not limited to: Official warnings, temp/permanent thread bans, temp/permanent forum-wide bans.
This is your only warning, there won't be a second.

If you desire to pursue said behaviour, take it to private messages or the off-topic section.
You all have been warned.
I wish for your better judgement to prevail.

I'm a perpetrator myself, but I almost wonder if the reason why this chat was derailed so often is because of how long the wait is between releases for Nagoo. Like, if that's the case, I don't know how we'd survive if Nagoo created longer videos like some people want him to. :ROFLMAO:

We're all starving o_O I'm so sorry mod team

Hey everyone.

I don't usually like to post much personal stuff but I just wanted to give you all an update. I'm still struggling a lot with my mental health. My depression has gotten a bit worse this year. It seems like I can never win. I'm seeking help again, so hopefully I can see some improvements soon.

Honestly it has hindered my work a lot. I haven't been happy with my projects lately, and it's hard to find any desire to motivation to work or come up with ideas. I'm so lucky to be in a position where you all support me. I try to keep a good work ethic but I know I'm just much slower than I used to be.

I will continue to work though! I want to improve my mental health and be able to make animations for you all to enjoy. Hopefully as my mental state improves, so can my work. I'm so grateful for the continued support and everybody who has stayed with me even, if the content hasn't been what you'd normally enjoy.

Thank you all <3

He's gotten better at his work pacing lately. But yes most of the content fatigue stems from trying to appease a vocal minority who unironically don't even pay for his content. Negative comments stick out to content creators very easily. Nagoo also only charges like $2-3 for his Patreon fees so people need to be more patient.

It's not being reckless. Burnout comes with being a creator, especially a creator who manages everything themselves.

What negative comments? Nagoo has to be one of the most universally loved porn animators out there. He ain't no X3D where even the people in F95 are sick of his shit lol

The bitch of the problem is the question whether Nagoo can afford to put animating on hold (assuming this is a side gig and not main source of income), to divert that attention to whatever health problems arose, if any, along with that "normal IRL job" thing (clearly - bills STILL refuse to pay themselves, cheeky bastards). The goal should be to reduce the load, not bruteforce through. Look at it this way: if you struggle to do some things when you are fit as a fiddle, how likely are you to get better at doing those exact same things when your health is severely compromised? As the saying goes: this is a marathon, not a sprint.

His report may also be b/c of people who insist he make something every month, and constantly bitch, nag and moan when there's nothing for months.
I hope not, because I fail to see how that announcement would accomplish anything but fuel all that nagging and moaning. Then again, filtering that "noise" out is like any other skill: takes daily practice to stay in shape. And the sensible part of the userbase is, well, sensible.

wtf another mental health issue if this true i wish him good health and bye bye yuffie animation but why all patreon porn creator have mental health issue? wtf
I would say "survival bias": some creators just never draw attention to it - or never mention it at all. Some get through, some do not. Plus, of course, Patreon is one of the biggest platforms - hardly makes it the "only" platform to have that issue, it probably is as simple as "the one you hear most often about".

It's not that simple when it comes to art. Artists, oftentimes, take a lot of pride in what they create. If their mental state is causing them to see recent works in a negative light, a reduced workload isn't gonna help that. That's also not how mental health works. It's not like a physical injury where you can just "push through" the pain. Nagoo's animation job, whether it be his main job or just a thing on the side, also requires him to be online to promote his works. Arguably one of the worst places you can be when mentally unwell. I'd love for him to continue on through it because it feels like I've been waiting on this Yuffie animation forever, but it's just not feasible.
