She's a cute girl who's completely and utterly overshadowed by Tifa in Final Fantasy 7.
It doesn't help that she's an optional character in the original game, so you can finish the game without her in the party.
But I'm so happy Nagoo has an amazing taste in female game characters and chose to make a lewd work for Yuffie, she's adorable and super dorky

We could use a bit less Tifa Lockhart though and Lara Croft maybe Samus Aran too and have creators give less popular characters a chance because honestly those fan favorites are severely overused. Every rule34 creators' poll with one of the usual favorite characters that even non-gamers are familiar with its no question they are winning that poll the creator is already working on that character before the poll even started.
