The one complaint I have about Nagoo is how wet all of his characters are. Frankly, it makes them look more like they just climbed out of the pool than got sweaty from doing the nasty. I think he needs to tone down the specular maps a little.

The Asuka render doesn't look too bad for 2.5D, hopefully he animates it.
I'm more excited however for the new Yuffie animation he's been working on. The first one he did was really good.

Given that nagoonimation-sensei shared those Asuka stills, I don't think it's unreasonable for me to once again ask if he has said anything about it, I.e. has he given a rough ETA per chance? probably not but hope dies last, they say. I understand that there are other projects first and that's fine, but a ballpark figure of , say, 2 months, would be nice.
