Sometime after the event where she tries to control Elaine, you can just make a plan for her at your desk like the other girls and that triggers it. Not 100% sure what the exact triggers are for it though.

It alters a couple lines in a girl's individual ending. Additionally, Lena has an additional scene.
Once you meet the person on the beach, you have a chance of getting the swimsuits by talking to the girls. For the most part, it's best to ask them when they're in their rooms.
If you pimp her out 20+ times before moving her into the mansion, and you've sent her husband away, there will be a chance she invites you to her house that night. The chance rerolls each day.
If she's already in the mansion, you missed your chance to see the scene.
Yeah, this. Once you do the Aima Elaine event, next time you sleep, Sean will comment on what Aima did. After that, she's an option in the planning book
You should have a string in your items. Use it to restart.

It just randomly triggers on the second floor of the mansion. As far as I know there's no specific requirement for it so you just have to be patient and wait for it.
Are there any more control scenes with Aima other than Elaine, Rika and Gwen, and Kay and Lilly?

I'm downloading it, but when the game is 372MB and the mod is over 1000MB, I have to raise at least one eyebrow.

That's cause the mod has more pictures than the actual game itself. It adds 2+ new characters and a fuck ton of outfits for everyone

Honestly assuming the modder still plans to do at least a little more I"d like if they cleaned up the image files a bit so it downloads and runs a bit better. The image folder is such a bloated mess at this point.
Of course I won't demand that or anything. NOt like they're getting payed for this or anything. But I do think it would be a good idea to maybe optomize the mod at least a little.
In the mantion there is a room in the top floor between Erica and Crystal/Almia that I can't seem to find who stay there.
Haru. Another girl that eventually joins the Inn. You have to keep checking on her at night and she will randomly be mesmerized by a lamp, allowing you to control/dose her. Then she can be moved in.
Report a bug. In Mac, when crystal try to control Rika, if we click the transmission array of Rika, the screen will be come totally black. I can still save/ load, can use item, but unable to see anything. It seems that the image cannot be loaded？(But there didn't have a error such that error: xxx png is miss. Just all black)
