Eh, the game is pretty much already pointing down the typical "whore/slut female MC" role. There are a lot of AWAM fans who want more story, and general fans who like things to make sense, but I would not expect anything other than Susan being degraded and becoming the worst slut possible with the flimsiest of reasons, since it's pure porn logic.
The story is already very poor on the character consistency, but I can see that being 'hand waved' away soon with the justification that she was merely hiding her 'true' nature.
From the start this had strong overtones of the typical corruption/whore/slut female MC trope and it's merely accelerating down that path at this point. Anyone who thinks thee will be any player control to not have her go down that path I suspect will be extremely disappointed.
If this is humiliation for the sake of it, pure misoginy, I will not support it obviously.
The novel was about a mother experiencing spicy situations with young and adults when the window of her husband out happened. She was going to be hit by the teenagers, the adults, the neighbours, etc... There was plenty of room for interesting plots and ideas, that end up scalating into interesting sex situations.
Suddenly, she is raped drunk and drugged several times, she is in a sadomasochist cult, and the "fan art" points at pure sociopathic humiliation. Porn is one thing, women love trash talk, love domination, but misoginy is another thing. Im telling you, this is going to implode in his hands, he is playing a dangerous game.
He should go back to the main story, quit this recurrent out of place shit, or leave it as a niche for waaaaay later. When I see Susan picture in the fan art I feel compasion and empathy, and trust me, Im ZERO feminist. Too much is too much, be careful boy, go back to the story and quit this shit or you will end up alone with a very small set of sociopathic followers driving the story to ridiculous places.

Libby is great, but quite a shame her Dad isn't around to fuck her, won't be quite the same kick if someone else is doing it. I'm excited to see what those laptop pics are and if they've already been hooking up. Kelly is an absolute smokeshow too, definitely want to see a lot more of her, preferably without a mask.

I think you go a little too far. While I agree that this sudden change doesn't make too much sense regarding the rest of the story, I disagree that is misogynistic. Some women enjoy this kind of kink. The problem is that 99% of devs around here can't or don't know how to describe women feelings with this kink (or women feelings in general). They use porn simplification and all women become turbosluts, for no reason other that their need for big cocks.
You say that this game is about a mother experiencing spicy situations, so why not a mysterious club to fulfill kinks such a bdsm, group sex (specially if she was a hotwife before)? The problem, again, is that the dev introduced this path too early, too fast; and on top of this, he didn't give the option to skip it for now or skip it whatsoever.
But let's be honest, as someone said before, all the signs are their pointing out to Susan becoming a slut (as most of the FMC games in here).

Basically in terms of writting, it is a MacGuffin. It's something audience dont give a shit about, never asked for it, but is necesary to speed up the main plot, and that is considered 99% of the time bad and lazy writting (sometimes is genious tbf).
The masquerade cult is a very bad MacGuffin. We don't care about it. We didn't asked for it. It moves us away from the main hooks (at this point mainly the kids but I hope more good ones to come). If it ends up with a simple visit, we dont care. Most of us wish we could simply jump over it.
We don't know why that place is special. We don't know why Susan decided to go. We don't know what Susan really thinks and feels about it appart from swallow comments. Susan didn't earned the right to assist. "A random girl in a random store invites another random woman with an important age gap that she just met and knows NOTHING about her, to the most exclusive and dangerous but lustful place on earth", are you kidding?
Come on! cut the shit, go back to the story! Don't incite him to keep with that bullshit, make him a favor and don't clap on that! Don't be a yes-sayer, dont bow to shit! This guy can write some interesting shit with the kids and the neighbours, dont comply to that weird shit. This novel was promising, dont fuck it up.
Anyways, I'm moving. Hope the author realises that this direction is not welcomed by part of his audience, and if forced, it passes several red lines pushing people out.

The patch took a turn in a different direction but unfortunately it wasn't to my taste, I'll wait for the next patch and if it does, then there aren't any other games
