Is this Legit?
fantia is kinda buggy for some reason.. was gonna get the latest plan for Uozumi. Unfortunately, the transaction didn't get through. It failed for like 4-5times and charge me 1$ every failed transaction.
Otaku mode is a legit site, tho I wouldn't recommend it as others has pointed out its relatively higher than using jpy directly, unless you extremely want to and don't have other method

For now I don't have any other payment method aside form Visa/master card and American Express. And I decided to give up using this kind of payment method because of the payment issues. Though I'm very thankful that someone share this Link so I could find alternative way to get Tora coins.
