I was thinking about playing it again if there was new content.

Based on what's written, at best, they added the voice-overs to applicable scenes in the game, but they didn't add any new scenes or anything like that. At least, that's what I understood from what the ci-en post said.

It is 7+ GB if unzipped.
But yes.
2nd ASMR MP3+MP4 ENG only. 1+ GB is ok I think. You can get rid of NO SE, or SE version of mp3, or free talk yourself, and get rid of like 500 MB. But it is all up to you now
