i'd give this a 4.5 star out of 5.
the story is interesting, mechanics are good (not great), gfx is good, etc.
the downsides are the game kind of grinds a bit much, its not intuitive what to do at times, and its glitchy sometimes.

How are you meant to play this game? you can watch scenes on the cctv but what about scenes not in the haunted areas? are you just meant to watch them in the recollection room?

Yeah you either stop them or let them proceed. If you fail to stop them the succubus will let you watch them after you fall asleep. Certain h-scenes can be viewed in the overworld tho if you go to the right area, but most of them are sort of "hidden ntr" without explicit sex being shown, just moans or sometimes silhouettes if i remember correctly
yeah, recollection room, succubus and some event when you trigger it. Only recollection have full event but not total of some scene of event (you can see all of it when trigger in real time)
How do you fight the mysterious force in residential areas? Game tells me to call Kana but I can only call her for dates

You need to call her before dinner. The hour before dinner has 2 time-slots. One in which she's showering and one in which she's available for the call, each 30 minutes long. So you may have to try twice to get the call through. Then you have to mention night exorcism. Then you have to have dinner with her. After that, you'll automatically go out and cancel all night events.
Which is also the only way to stop Kana from doing the deed in the night club
Also, I noticed that if I keep dragging her to repeated exorcism nights, Kana's status is changed to fatigued. Does that do anything, like making both the MC and Kana weaker in battle or something? I failed to notice any difference when that status pops up.
