He's likely referring to the cards for Kana and the catalysts for the MCs. All Catalysts have an element, which is random, the possibility of a secondary element of sorts, which is also random, and which stats they have are, also random, though the values are only semi-random because they depend on the overall level of the location you get the catalyst in.
Likewise, with Kana's cards, the type is random and the stats on them are semi-random. Though it's not as much as with the catalysts, because the cards have somewhat specific stats for each type, and then there's no proper randomization when mixing them.

You can gacha the cards and catalysts in the dream space, the same place you unlock status level 5. It cost 5000 iirc and Ria even says that the price is appropriate since you will save scum anyway.
Maybe I'm wrong but the gacha isn't worth it since you can get much better stuff in lvl 30+ dungeon.
But I don't even need to grind or gacha anything since the +2x fire catalyst with good mag atk is enough to kill anything in the game.

No, but in the True Ending, the Boss Ghost-Girl, which happens to be MC's childhood friend, becomes a guardian spirit tied to him, and she scares the shit out of Lawrence so bad that the guy ends up in a coma. Unsurprisingly, no one is particularly bothered by this.
Obviously, mileage will vary in terms of whether this is good enough, or better, or whatever.

What is the condition for Kana not picking up phone while being harrased in the dungeon camera

I loosely remember that it was a matter of timing. Though I don't remember what that timing was. I think 10 minutes into the event and she doesn't pick up anymore? Not sure...
Edit: When I say 10 minutes, I mean in relation to the in-game clock during the day phase.
I don't remember if Submission being higher than affection had any effect on this or not, like it does with Kana's calls/messages in the night phase.

She won't answer if the H event is in the second stage, minute 31 onward iirc. It's more straight forward to know when the signal is red - yellow - red. The second time it's red, she won't answer the player's call.

Ah. I never felt the need to time it that precisely. If I wanted to see the day events, I just wouldn't call Kana even if I could. The dialog variation isn't particularly impressive after all.
I suppose 31 minutes makes more sense, given that each minute is about 1 second of real time.
If you mean in terms of combat, then it's the attack stat. The annoying thing is getting cards to fuse for her. The best place to farm them is the abandoned family manor, which you can only go to on days where Lawrence isn't dictating where to go, and the stats of the enemies there are determined by how many exorcisms you carried out in the other dungeons.
IIRC, the strength of the enemies decides how strong a tarot card is when they drop. So you go into the manor, start slapping enemies around until you hopefully get the cards you need with high enough stat rolls, then fuse them together to create the OP fusion traot cards.
No not that stat, when you open SCAN level 2 page there is a stat says "FAV Low " right next to her period Info
I think that's something along the lines of "Favorability". I don't want to start a NG+ to check, but from my save files I'd assume it's a measure of how much Kana likes the MC.

You need to whore her out as much as you can in the dungeons then go to her apartment straight after exiting a dungeon. She's so horny she brings Lawrence back home to have sex. Probably doesn't happen all the time, but that's how you do it. If you have a house the scene doesn't happen, but someone said she'll lock the door so you can't get in.
The event only takes place in the hotel, there are no conditions in the game code for events in the house.
Due to a bad search in the editor I can't tell you exactly under what conditions the event starts, but I do know that it takes place within an hour from 17.00 and requires 600+ corruption. You can tell that the event has started by the fact that Kana will not answer the call after 17.30.
