I have now played v0.20 with and without DCL.
It is interesting to note that the game without DCL has errors
(when counting calls), while the game with DCL runs correctly.

Maybe just a typo, but since you propagated it three times in your post, FYI: The initialism is DLC (it stands for DownLoadable Content), not "DCL".

i play with : NekoParadise-0.20-pc-standard. from GOFILE.
i not know, what 0.20b is. Never see.
Well, 252 have downloaded my DLC.
And that doesn't show it's bad ...

i didn't unpack the game, i don't know why it is shown as missing. i unpacked the download in the 1st post (0.20-standard) from the .rar and started the game. after the error i unpacked it to see if it was really missing before i sent the post.

You can with 0.20 use UnRen.bat 1 and 3
But not 2 !

It has been mentioned several times that the old DLC messes up the new version of the game. Wait for the DLC to get updated on F95 before applying it my dude
