worked for me, at least the dl link did, haven't tested it yet but i'd assume it does.
was going to ask if it's compatible with the salty and sandy dlc, but someone already mentioned that dlc isn't compatible with the current version of the game anyways.

That DLC is. The link to the DLC in the OP was for v0.16 or .17 and that version of the DLC didn't work with the new version of the game.
But that one, you just thanked the uploader for, worked for me because it's the updated DLC
