That's not what I'm saying.Hatefuck is hot, but it needs a solid reason behind it. You’re kinda implying that just plain lust is enough for cheating! Like, if the FMC cheats on the MC just because of lust or hooks up with someone just because of it, it makes her look cheap. It turns her into some one-dimensional slut who’ll sleep with anyone as long as they’re attractive or she’s horny. That’s not what makes an FMC great.
An FMC should have a rich, engaging personality, not be some one-dimensional, slut, foolish character.
I’m not talking about this game; I’m referring to what you said. The game itself is Pretty good.
I'm saying that 'hate' is a good contrast for lust - it makes lust stronger when the sex happens.
And you need lust for sex scenes. (any sex scenes - vanilla included)
Not 'like'.
'Lust' is necessary, 'liking' is not.
Hence, 'disliking' someone is not a detriment to the sex scene.
And if the person is having sex with someone they dislike - it's making them the opposite of 'one-dimensional'. It immediately shows us that the person is more complex than having just one desire. That's something going on under the hood.
And it was shown pretty well in Emma's shower scene to be honest:
- Emma is highly competitive <=> yet submissive.
- She hates losing to Ace. Yet she gets horny losing.
- She is loving - she gets angry when her 'best friend' loses, on his behalf. Yet she herself gets horny losing - so she's probably getting horny seeing the closest person to her lose too.
- The subplot with her father will [probably] lead to something similar.
- She gets angrier <=> Yet she gets hornier. And realizing her own horniness makes her even angrier. These 2 emotions feed on each other.
That is the opposite of one-dimensional.
