When is the final version planned for? I'm not asking about the next release, just the final version, or eventually a complete season.
Late 2025 to early 2026. The closest thing to a complete season in this game is referred to as a complete Act; we are two versions away from the end of Act I. That end will like come around the new year.
How many chapters/acts/episodes are planned in total?
Three Acts, roughly 90 to 100 turns total.
What's the current percentage of completion?
19%
Are we halfway there or is this just the beginning?
Almost at the end of the beginning.
Is there a long-term roadmap?
Yes. But I won’t be sharing it, not only to avoid spoilers, but also because my plans can change.
Your game, your rules... but not really trustworthyApril 14: The End of Nemesis Party
It’s upsetting to announce this, but update v0.10 will be the last for Nemesis Party.
I started this project two years ago with zero 3D modeling experience, and zero coding knowledge. I’ve learned a ton…

But every update, I have to confront coding issues created by a past me who knew nothing. And while I’ve revised the underlying code, these rookie mistakes are a technical debt that slow down each release. They are inescapable, as they are the foundation on which this game was built.
If I extrapolate these delays into the future, I have to face the truth: at this rate, Nemesis Party would take a decade to complete.
And so, no longer deceiving myself or anyone else, this project is over for the foreseeable future.
I owe it to my supporters and Patrons to release the current update, so I will focus on doing that. All payments will be suspended until I fulfill my promise to release v0.10.

Farewell, NTR - Circa 2025
Alongside v0.10 of Nemesis Party, I will release Farewell, NTR, a short netorare/netorase story about a young couple who go camping with friends. I completed it while debating if Nemesis Party is worth continuing.
It's called Farewell, NTR because I'm leaving NTR-focused games behind. I've read, watched, and created every way that a woman's love can be stolen, and it no longer excites me. The part of my brain stimulated by this genre has been worn smooth.

Most of my supporters are fans of NTR, and so I have little expectation for anyone to follow me to my next project. It will lean on my new skills of art and storytelling. My ambitions will be curtailed from the explosion of ideas that was Nemesis Party, back to what is actually achievable with one person alone.
For those curious, it'll be a fantasy-adventure story set in a college where beautiful women practice magical art. And this time, you'll play the alpha.

This is probably for the best. You've done a great job and what you've learned on this game will make the next even better. Sometimes, we all need to take a step back and see what our current path will take us, focus, see what's achievable and get that done. Would I have loved for Manston instead of Defending Lydia Collier? Yes. But White Phantom wasn't ready for that at the time. Would I love Nemesis over what you've got? Well, let's see how you finish it but I'll say this, the fact that you're dedicated to finishing it is a good sign.April 14: The End of Nemesis Party

You want THIS guy to give you a release date brother? Really? When will we see the last update?
Well, personal preferences aside, NTR community is much more patience with devs due to the lack of good writen and rendered NTR games (majority is a mess of the the LI from MC having sex 10 times a day without any reason). If he keeps this rythim of work doing a harem game, or he'll stop making games, or he'll come back to NTR, because the competition on other genres is high as hell and devs do really work for the most part. The MC in a harem is like the MC in a manhwa, they have godlike power where girls either fall in love with them at first sight or fall in love with them but don't say anything for now
Anyway, I hope your decision changes
Bummer, I didn't really get into the game until the vanilla mode update cause I'm not into NTR but the models and writing really got me hyped. Excited for your new project hopefully you can repurpose the models/setting into a renpy port some day and I'll look at supporting if you do.April 14: The End of Nemesis Party
