I feel like that needs more explanation in game (instead of on discord). IDC that much because I don't play this for the fighting, and definitely don't want a combat system but there's no real way to measure our "powers". It feels like we're almost godlike in power until we actually get in a scrap and then we're suddenly pretty weak.

Appreciate the insight. The points make sense but I echo the other post that I don't think the fight came across the way the dev interprets it.
Still, I might be being a little too picky. This is AVN land after all. On a side note...3 seasons? How many lewds is that gonna end up being? We pick up 1-2 characters per update at a minimum and even if some are just side content (Kelly and her mom) we're gonna hit triple digits by the end of this.

Not me. I just want to kill the pirate ones. I don't care about any of them except Eliza, I'd kinda like the others to go away, but I don't want to kill them.

Yeah she is slowing down the revenge, dead weights slowing down progress.
I was kidding about throwing Lis at baddies (there's just so many of them). I don't want to kill them though. So far I've only killed people who attacked. Only romance path I'm on is Eliza's - and because I'm not interested, the game can be like trying to safely navigate a brothel with a stack of hundreds in your hand but still don't wanna kill the hookers.

Eliza is part of the mission - the dude who saved MC and trained him made him promise to find and protect Eliza. We owe nothing to any of the others, but keeping Eliza safe is part of the reason MC came back in the first place. (Romance path is optional.) Besides, Eliza is ready to go - it's running around doing favors for everyone else that's slowing down MC.

I don't think there's any other thread quite like this one when it comes to talking about murdering LIs. It's a little much sometimes. I think there are various points where the MC has a valid reason to lash out in anger (Selena, Kira in the boat heading toward Looter's Bay) but murdering every LI? Including Eliza? Hell the MC doesn't even want to kill Taron at the moment.

Yeah, that's over the top but I was thinking about it and I can't think of another game where a character seriously double-crossed you, but remained a Li (and it wasn't optional).

Does Leah from Acting Lessons count? On the spot, it's where my brain instantly went. She shows romantic interest, you have lewd activity with her, then after said plot twist, also has an ending with her(or 2, if I recall).
No idea how to keep this on topic though. I'd have to think about other VNs to consider more options (and I'm completely excluding NTR and NTS plots since that's not really what you're after).
Kira straight up betrays you to her dad and I was pretty hot that the MC didn't do a thing about it. That's the dev discord insight I want.

I don't know. I only played through Acting Lessons once and was only with Megan - so I don't really know what happened with Leah. I never showed any interest. (And yeah, not counting NTR/NTS games). But yeah - Kira, Pearl and Selena have all double crossed MC but are all still running around and MC is (not optionally) at least friends with two of them.

I mean I just like seeing as many path as possible. I have multiple saves of killing everyone I can and other which is my kind only kill guys route. If I can kill a LI why not. I am always going to test all the options while waiting for the updates.
Yeah, we're not doing so well at that part of the mission.
There's that girl at the start of Desert Stalker but she doesn't double cross you - she just attacks you, it's how you meet and what you do from there is optional.

I can name 10 LIs off the top of my head (probably 50+ if I really think about it) that have "double crossed" a MC as bad or worse than taking a cup (like Pearl did), you can't even call it stealing, cause it didn't belong to the MC anyway. Us players are then forced to be friendly or romantic with them (and that doesn't include NTR/NTS games).
I can't think of any. And I still count Pearl as a double cross - I wouldn't necessarily kill them but I wouldn't trust them, wouldn't consider them friends, and wouldn't go see them / save them etc. I'd just take my cup, go home and never look back.

yeah so far for me only 1 LI in this game that is even worth killing or deserve it and that is debatable because it's kind of fucked up with what you have to do to kill her.
I never understood why you get the option to kill her sister. (I assume we're talking about the same one.) The sister was just a hostage, she wasn't in on the plan or anything. Why would you kill her and not Selena?
