play the 1.55 version, its less buggy and further along in the story!
still love your work man, but whenever i play 1.55 i still find new stuff that surprises me!
so 1.55 still works better for me, once you up the weeks and we can share with your bro´s again it will be equal in terms of what i take out of the game!
as of right now, not really, mainly the route were your bro nails your girl before you do and you can throw a temper tantrum!
the new version even the sharing doesn´t feel right, its like i am the beggar to whom he just threw a bone!
i hope i can create a close knit of friends for the me2 finale they can support you even from the shadows!
also still waiting for the time to fuck Andrea time and i hope i can gather the entrance money to buy the apartment!
in 1.55 you had yoshi fuck you over with money, still think it should have given me the chance to put the down payment for the apartment!
you had the job at the magazine, some side gigs with photography, the porn side bussiness, the manager gig for models and porn stars!
the economical perspectives are good, just make sure the MC keeps using a mask as a porn actor!
not here for the animation, i am here for the complex story!
yes it had dead ends, but the story is still pretty darn good!
the new version, it´s not as complexed as the previous one even with all the fuck ups!

version 1.55 is way worst than the reboot.
So many death paths, confusing eventsand missed things.
0.4 reboot will be available soon.
It's like another game, forget about "original version", the reboot is a total upgrade.
Well if the pace of the update is as you say , i dont see why this wont be a great game better than 1.55
well it's been half a year since the last update. I don't think at this pace this version will reach the same point as 1.55 any time soon.
a week in the game (that's not entirely new) -->nearly half a year and still not released.
I really like the game so I am just sharing my concern.
Honestly that's not even my biggest concern. It's just that by the time the reboot reaches Day 100+, DAZ will probably have released Genesis 15 models. HG will become so dissatisfied with the graphic quality or usual coding mess at that point that he'll have to reboot and start from scratch again to realize his vision. I'm honestly convinced that HG isn't making the game for his fans or supporters, it's more about satisfying his own ego/narcissism. He's well within his rights to do that, but I just don't have any hope left for this game or desire to support him.

I understand the frustration and I think it's pointless for me to repeat things I've already said multiple times in the past. I would have loved to finish that version of the game, but it was no longer possible to manage that tangle of variables. I would have had to leave too many storylines behind, and some had become practically impossible to trigger. I would have disappointed expectations and annoyed everyone.
Making the game I have in mind requires deeper planning, and I didn't know that at the time (my previous games were much simpler). Starting fresh with a pre-written base story, filling all the plot holes, and better planning every evolution takes much more time, but once started (and with the help of AI that supports me in keeping track of things), I'm sure the process will become faster and faster.
I can guarantee that I am totally satisfied with the result. Now, while developing the game, I feel truly satisfied. I'm sure that when you play Week 4, you'll agree with me and look forward to Weeks 5 and 6, etc.
Don't make the mistake of thinking it's the same game and that it develops in the same way. There are many more things, and above all, I am sure it will be much less frustrating and have an even higher replay value.
HoneyGames, I have only one request. Please finish it this time and please don't quit in the middle and work on the next reboot.

your previous game The Follower is still Amazing... I play this from time to time!
adding a lot of characters in one go is useless... and confusing the story... MC must be MAIN CHARACTER with some MAIN LI.. that must remain the same in all seasons
try to go simple again... instead of add new characters respect "The Follower" storyline... and complete the Follower S2.. than star a new S3 adding just 2 or 3 new characters... and do not forget the MC "asshole path" as dominant male!

your error in the story was only one: Making the MC a looser!

Ended up running back through the original as I remember it fondly and haven't had any more of the revamp in a while.
Every time, even though I know it won't pan out I'm gutted we never managed to get Michelle to backslide into being a cokeslut partygirl, as she's my clear favourite. It seems it's headed that way then just kinda tapers off and there's that big party event that seems to be going more for her maybe actually getting her acting career. It's weird that if you put mdma in her drink it knocks her out like a roofie rather than seems like she's on ecstasy. I'm hoping in the revamp maybe we'd be able to just use small amounts of coke that she wouldn't notice but would fire off whatever neurons it is that'd make her relapse. Would be good as you date her to get her mixed up with Harley again and become one of the porn girls. That said, there did seem to be a thing of kicking her acting career off using that dude you blackmail for Meadow, so it might be cool to get her famous before causing her fall. Nothing seems of come from the Yvette/Michelle/Randy talk, nor the stuff going on with Leonard and Elsa.
Another thing I'm hoping gets put a bit earlier in the revamp is the Irene stuff. You don't seem to see her for the first half of the game, then there's all the interesting bits with her being addicted to sucking dick and the psychotherapist but it ends before you can find out more. Hopefully, it'll allow you to take both Adelle there to become a whore as well as exploiting Irene, kinda seemed like one or the other when I was replaying it.
Ashley was hotter than I remembered, maybe just because she's a bit boring personality wise, totally ripped but not a full on beast like Yvette. Yet another plot element that went on for ages but then nowhere was the swap to get to bang Tatiana, though towards the end it seemed like it'd moved on to using Yanmei (or Michelle, but that seems unlikely unless we can actually make her fall apart).
There are loads of other bits too that felt like you're strung along but never seem to pay off, like I don't think you can ever hook up with Andrea even after getting rid of Yoshi, nor can you really get Kristen back other than fucking her if you offer up Marisa or Yuana as tribute to Maud.
So many interesting threads in the game, I really hope the revamp sorts it all out to not just be more coherent but actually develop each element at a decent rate as you play though each week... I want to be patient but it'll be so many years before the game has even caught up to where it was at this rate... guess there's nothing we can do but wait.
