Given the complexity of NCC if it was me I'd concentrate on that & getting it just how you want it first. You could always expand the NCC porn path as a spin-off later or re-work what you had from before. Where dev's are working on more than one project you see supporters getting frustrated because their favourite is delayed, etc

Guenda is really short changed in NCC!
(She was short changed in Follower, too - romance, then "wham bam thank you ma'am", then nothing)

Not yet, and to be honest and only speculation from my part, I'm not sure if you will ever get the same Kirsten you had in Follower. You messed up really bad. So who knows. Same with my Irene

If I remember correctly, before the reboot in 1.1 or 1.2 you meet Guenda again and she tells you that she works as a stripper now and you can offer her to do porn. Not sure If It's correct or if I have hallucinations though

1 it scares me when i hear about new season, since you moved to ren'py the game may grow for years - size wise until you actually need to move to next season. this is not the case of using unreal 4 or 5 engine
. keep expanding this one !2 the tycoon part could be left to the recruiting and generating just a little cash, maybe add a scene with mc on poll through your patreon, i kind of hoped to get a rain/pink/mc scene or rebeca/rain/mc scene. the way you pic a girl for insta or the magazine, than get cash, simple use of a pro code
.3 i would happily help you with paths, i'm useless as a coder but i have a good memory and lots of time lately. maybe sort the story rpg wise : main paths irene + maud/kristen , secondary paths available girlfriends and a little ffm / jelousy play, fillers with porn tycoon, strip joint and the ocasional one night stands. it may also help with your patreon higher level patreons to vote on main story, mid tier to secondary paths and low tier to vote on tertiary?
4 you could also go lucas arts way - maintain full control on storyand allow people to vote on smaller paths - goes well with 3
as the game is now i can of see it at about 45% through the season including the fashion show in 1.3 . i may be biased but the story can still develop quite a lot - you have so many angles going that you coul top young and restless !!!
I think HoneyGames mentioned NCC would get to about 1.8 - by which time every character would have been developed & the player will get a shot at sex with each girl at least once, with the right choices. Once it reaches the targeted point I can understand why he's talking about Season 3 - as a new game based on NCC and developing some characters further whilst some bow out & others are added. Otherwise to keep going with NCC at that point could make it to big to handle as it's already complex enough. At least that's what I think he was thing of doing - if my memory isn't failing me again

1) It's a complex issue. Let's assume that the game is set in a universe where I set the other games. That created a general storyline of various characters. At this point in this game (about halfway through the story ) There are many different paths. At some point I need to reset these paths to zero, otherwise further development of the game becomes impossible. That's why I put an end to the season. From now until the end of the season things will happen that will narrow the scenarios.hi, me again

When the season is over, I'll be able to decide whether to make a new season. Probably with the old working saves that will create some possible scenarios, but not too many. However, I think that between the end of this season and a possible new season I will play a different game, short (4/6 releases) with another MC but where NCC characters will surely appear. This allows me to establish a basic scenario from which to start season 3 (or any other game). That is, things happen in that game that will have consequences in the storylines of some characters.For example. In the past on King is Back Tatianna started a relationship with Connor and Vanessa with Richard, Mark started his porn career and these things are now on NCC. I don't know if I made myself clear. So even at the end of NCC there will be facts. In some cases I will perhaps do some surveys among my patreons to decide which scenario they preferred and use it in the future as the official scenario
2 The tycoon part in the reboot is developed differently. I've taken the experiences of the beta of porn tycoon and the tests in the original version and I think I've organized something quite fun and that may affect the game but without having, of course, the depth of a real management game.
Let's just say I've taken a lot of possible statistics and simplified them. I have optimised them so that they give a good result and that the "right" choices are rewarded. There will be dialogues with the actresses where you can understand what they prefer, but you won't have to forget the tastes of the audience. So you have to balance the actress's mood and popularity... and your finances, of course.

4 Anyway, yes, there have been, and there will be, some thumbs up about the story. In the past they were about those storylines developing before (which is why for example Andrea Yoshi was a bit behind and it took a long time). In the future I have in mind several possible paths for many characters before the end of the season, but I'm going to develop 2 (in some rare cases3) so I'll submit my ideas to my patreons to understand what to continue with

I've spent some time playing both versions (original and reboot) today, quite an entertaining adventure. Probably too many characters but it's doable if you concentrate on a few of them. Some scenarios are getting crazy, often feels like a soap opera... or wrestling storyline.
Some bugs here and there (for a while Michelle had a relationship rating of 500+), some code errors and from time to time conversations seem out of place (for example, morning conversation with David about some events which happened a long time ago).
Few extra minor rants:
1) I am unhappy I've picked Martina over Belen for a photo shoot, would Belen stay in the game if I would choose her?
2) Yoshi is seriously pissing me off. Why there is no killer for hire available when you need him?
3) After avoiding her like a plague (I'm allergic to tattoos), I've accidentally picked a 'porn path' and now I have to deal with Rain, damm it.
Still, it's quite a game and it could get even better if I would know who is the girl on the left in the attached picture and why this render shows up randomly from time to time.

1) Belen will be back in the game since 1.2
2) Yoshi will have all he deserve... you have to hate it, it will be more satisfactory
3) Rain is important for the pornpath, then you can avoid her. She will leave the town anyway and when she will be back you can avoid her after you meet her a couple of times
The girl on the left was one of the characters o my first game (The king of the beach) I don' t use her anymore because she's a G2 model and now I use only g3. If I'll find a good converter I could use her in the future. I usually use characters in different games, I mean some of the characters you meet got a story you can know playing my old games. For example Michelle, Melissa, Vanessa and obviously Mark was in the king is back. Harley was in NCCU Loser or Idol (as her friend Valentina and others) and in King is back. Zoe was in Sexsduction (As your boss Adele, heer husband was the MC and obviously Lara) and in Snake Thompson etc etc etc... Tatianna Was in NCCU Loser or Idol and King is back, Ashley was in King is back. In NCC there are so many reference to what happened in older games. I'm trying to create an "Universe"
