Least interesting for the look its Maud and I dont like Ashley nor Ivette (Not in to muscular girls in general but I do like Tatiana) but if you put it as a character and for her personality, Andrea is dull and bordeline dumb sometimes, and I really dont like Patricia´s attitude very anoying and dislikeable character

You can get Belen you just have to help nadya friend at the end of thev trip with the mdna drug and not sleep with ceclieok thanks. I see there a lot of potential for more branching and to catch a wider audience (with avoidable humiliation and stuff). I dont mind when there I some kind of NTR-like stuff (David or Mark and the girls you want to fuck too ^^) but I prefer when we can control that to some extent. I think it is nice when you can not get all girls at the same time and that it has consequences when you cheat. This adds some replayability to a game. And unlike the first game, this is easy to replay. (like in GGGB )
I do like the style of information how characters react to our choices (faces) but especially at the fashion show I missed that help. Maybe this is intentional, but without a look into the script I were not able to get all the girls ^^ And when that is the case the reaction of your boss should be more diverse. Instead of pure disappointment when you miss Belen, but get all the other girls she could react to it "To bad you could not get Belen, but all the other girls will be a good asset in the coming months" or something like that.
And I am thrilled to see what porn manager content we will see ... I really like Rain and it could be fun to fuck her in front of her beta boyfriend ^^ without a camera!
