That would have to be the answer, wouldn't it? (Unless she's gone blind AFTER she met Amber. Or has Daredevil's ability to sense color by the heat emitted.)

Update: Another possibility is that perhaps she can tell the difference by Touch. Maybe Red Hair FEELS different?
