This game is so lazy and vanilla it hurts. There's nothing wrong with vanilla but it's the most basic of basic vanilla. Even just taking some simple things like moving to a better apartment or house. Why can't we get invited to a guy's house? He always comes back to our place and moves in with us if we get married. The boss is going to move out of his house into a small apartment? Really? We're not going to move no matter how many dozens of kids we have running about? The stuff you buy for the apartment is pointless too. I understand fluff like pictures making the apartment feel more lived in but we still don't even know what the apartment looks like. No size or anything.
Why are there no threesomes. We can get dragged into a bathroom while drunk and fucked and guys can technically rape us by ignoring us saying we're saving ourselves but we can't be dragged off to the bathroom by a pair of friends? Or a guy can't bang us in the bathroom while drunk, leave us when he's finished only for another guy to find us and pick up where he left off? Why can't we wake up in an unfamiliar apartment or hotel room after a night of drinking and not remember what happened or who we slept with? The game could even leave that information out for the player and make it a mystery that you can solve. The fact that we can get drunk by itself leads to hundreds of possibilities that haven't been explored.
I'm not even going to go into all the things the game could have since updates are so sparse with content that I fear nothing will ever be fleshed out. Like, can we get some new personalities? Can what we do affect our reputation? Like being a slut causes certain guys to avoid us? Being a slut causes other guys to seek us out? Being a slut causes guys to treat us like garbage from the first conversation? How about being a prude causes guys to want to bang us? Like us being a virgin attracts tons of scumbags trying to hook up with us or "good" guys trying to wife us? How about dating a college guy and being taken back to his dorm? His roommates could tease us the morning after and comment on our looks/age if we're much older? Or pound on the door telling us to keep it down? How about bold ones walking in to watch or asking to join? There's just so much we can do with this concept but this game makes so much money that the developer doesn't even have to try.
Why are there no love triangles? Like two guys competing for us or us and another girl competing for a guy? We already have the party girl friend. She or even a stuck up bitch could be our competition. Or hell, a nice girl could be our competition that we could befriend. Why can we only meet our fiancee's best friend and sister? We only meet the sister at the wedding even! He found it more important to introduce the best friend. If we're going to cheat on our fiancee with someone, I'd think his dad or brother would be better candidates than a best friend. Why not move us in with the family upon getting married leading to a ton of sexual tension if we cheated with a family member? If we had the sister hook up with the best friend, he should be able to come around sometimes too and you could peak in on them banging. How does the fiancee feel about his best friend banging his sister?
The game is so simple and because it's so simple you can branch out into a million different things. That's what makes it so frustrating to play and talk about. They can do so much with a simple concept but choose to do nothing.
The dev uses some bullshit excuse about how non consent porn is technically illegal in the UK, so he can't write, even though under those rules a number of current scenes would actually still be illegal, they're just never enforced, especially not on some hack writing smut for a text game.
What's even more hilarious is gets basically got people to pay him so they can write content and he might consider putting it in the game.
Like, how the fuck hasn't someone just torn the shit apart, getting rid of all his bullshit spaghetti code that's makes it hard to add custom content and just released one so anyone could add their owns scenes to it.
James Gosling took less time to literally write java from scratch than it's taken for this fuck to write what amounts to a couple paragraphs of content.
