I remember once getting an event about body type changing to womanly caused by high femininity. I think it might have been prompted by the Explore Your Body option in the Free Time Activities?
I'll have to try this to check.
Edit: nope, unless it only happens after I actually raise it in game (I used cheats at the start to max the starts so I may try again in the new update...)

As long as you have the patreon version, there'll be a new tab in the character creator section that activates a bunch of cheats.

Seriously, this isn't funny anymore. Thankfully, it seems like the 2 year long lesbian "updates" have ended.
You sure about that? Because, that seems to be the main focus YET AGAIN, with changes to options for drinking with another girl, if "married, your wife" (cleaning meaning lesbian) and "baby stuff".
Look, don't get me wrong. I REALLY love this game but man, I am getting seriously sick and tired of the "lesbian content" being the majority of focus for several updates. And what ticks me off about it is that you have so many different things that NEED to be implemented far more than lesbian stuff. Just ONE (of many examples) is that when you ask a selfish partner to pull out, you should be FORCED to get a mouthful as he pulls out and inserts it into your mouth with asking. ESPECIALLY if the partner you are with is someone who is into the "rough stuff".
That doesn't even START to include all the other "options" that you have in regard to encounters that need to include variables for alternate scenes OR people in general. Plus, add content to making the porn movie, or prostitution, or hotel hookups. Just so many things have basically been "cut off" because for one reason or another the lesbian content seems to ALWAYS win whatever "poll" is put forth. Like, I am HONESTLY thinking that S.O.'s Patreons have GOT to be a majority of lesbians at this point simply due to the amount of focus put on that type of content.
This game me a virus alert. Probably just a false positive but someone should probably confirm.

part of why the lesbian stuff has been such a shit show. Is that the game wasn't originally designed to accommodate it. So it's remaking from scratch stuff that is already there. but that's typical of the game. Poor design and implementation is the keystone of the game.

I'm sick of this game already but one final thing to complain is that the event trigger is totally bs.
This game has been a shit show for at least a decade already, i dont know why you people are getting mad just now.

The big thing that always gets me going with this game is the wasted potential. the premise and set up could be chef's kiss magical. but it quickly evaporated into what we currently have. and I occasionally look at all the wasted potential and just get mad for a minute before ignoring it for another year to see if by some miracle it's made any progress into meeting that potential.This game has been a shit show for at least a decade already, i dont know why you people are getting mad just now.
