I got it to work by setting my Windows systemlocale to Japenese and changing the Language of 7'Zip to Japenese by Going to Tools-->Options... --> Language.

For anyone having the black screen issue open the zip folder in WinRAR go to Option > Name Encoding and select Japanese then extract the folder fixed the issue for me.

go to the settings and set skip mode to all.

dont worry about it they say 1 out of 4 men are read-impotent it happens to the best of us.

update: solved it by restarting
