In the folder for the game play smartsteamloader which plays the game normally without steam popping up. If your asking for a version of the game not being sold on steam that is not possible because this is only being sold on steam.

No. Unless you can open Cat System 2 files, decrypt the files and then do the reverse to put them back. It wont happen. Just be happy that is not 7-15GB like some other games I have uploaded.
