I honestly don't know if the version here is prepatched or not. You can find the patch on denpasoft but unfortunately it ain't free.

If you download the game here the patch is already included, all sex scenes were there.

I check on dlsite- they got the steam patch there-so i use that patch- You must indeed play the r18- the translation is different and more vulgar it fit the character-

it is a good read!!
I didn't realized I got deep dive in the story this much.
Good Twist the H scene quality is insanly good .

because in game they didnt tell until end ( let the mystery just be mystery)
so i guess the only one can tell based on it- is just us the reader.
but thanks now i can sleep well XD and move on to next game
