If my memory recalls correctly that's the one at the end of the Path of Eternal Rest, which is a way after Ragdum. So to have put her near the top of the list is a red herring.

In the base game only the green slimes at the start of the game and black slimes near the middle can get Aradia pregnant. However, if you download the NoREroMod by bgtbbb, I believe the settings make it so any enemy can impregnate and the last enemy to cum inside Aradia is what gets spawned. The mod has tons of configurable settings as well, worth looking into.

Yeah its just a depressing dark fucking world, and the only male character with any sort of morality was Aradia's father. I know its just an H-Game so you shouldn't expect balance when its comes to the morality of men, but there's little hope for women to live decently in that place. My main gripe though is that there didn't really seem to be any benefit to keeping clone Aradia pure, the whole thing feels tact on with no purpose other than to keep track of how often she was raped. It would have been better if it had some kind of effect on the ending or gameplay.
If I remember correctly, that's the mini boss in the church (in the one where you fight Candore). There are 2 nuns
ne with black hair, and one with pink hair. If you talk to them, they'll ask you to kill a "monster" near them, and that's the "Spinning Death". It should spawn right above them.
