I would suggest avoid using mouse while in menu (buggy), and stick with keyboard, e to confirm, space to go back

No, IIRC the developer has said they plan for costume changes for the final version, but that's not in the game yet. The only thing you can see currently is a playboy bunny outfit for the bar event.

IMO the hentai in this game is pretty much done... The game parts of it needs a ton of work. If I can fap and have a good game at that this would emphatically be a perfect game.
