I don't mean to sound like a dickhead but it's VERY different.
He means that the current version he submitted to dlsite for sale still has bug in it, but it will still be available for purchase but if he can fix them before 29, it will be a replacement, or else just think of it as a patch
The translation is incomplete, the first sentence says the review is passed and will start distribution on 10/29 at 12am.

That's awesome. At least we have a date, although I would have preferred that, after that long extra wait, they would've released it already.
Guess all that's left is waiting a bit :3
Edit: Apparently D-LIS has a daughter a year after starting the game. Coincidence? I don't think so
Anyways, daughter is 5 years old now.
Apparently, after this one, they want to do a 3D game with no combat(Which uh...I'm sorry but i would rather they stick to 2D, too many 3D games already) and a non porn game to practise their skills

keep in mind it will release midnight IN JAPANESE TIME, which is 11am EST / 8am PST on the 28th since they're 13 / 16 hours ahead
