What exactly does “in progress” mean? When I click on it, there is nothing.

In Progress means Current; or Started but not Completed.

Considering it is showing that there should be an in progress mission, but doesn't show what that mission is, it is definitely bugged. That could of even been 1 of the fixes in v2.01

Here's to hoping dazed finds some time (and motivation) soon to update the patch.

Play it on PC because you're playing on unsupported platform, the game is made for PC and you're playing on Android, so no one will help you here.
