We do ... well, almost.
When you first meet Lisa, you can tell her, that you already got a girlfriend. Next time Emma calls, tell her to so off (basically. Just don't be to confident about your future). Then you can hook up with Lisa again, when meeting her at the club.

Not everyone is into mummies. I have one playthrough with her and one without. I did like her story up to the point when she had her fight with MCs dad and then slept in his bedroom. The scene that followed made me reconsider to proceed on the No-Moms-Route instead.
And yes, it seems to be possible. She is part of the main story, but you don't have to do anything kinky. If you are not close, after the fight mentioned before MC will sleep on the couch instead of the same room she is in.

I think there is (also) an "we'll make it for sure" / "let's hope we do okay" option. The latter will end the relationship.
This happens soon after the first encounter with Lisa and Lauren. If you told them that you already had a girlfriend, asfter this event you can tell them that you had a girlfriend, but broke up and you can get back together with them.
