For small tweaks such the quick menu or different fonts in textboxes and more ... use the URM52
For music play the music from here ... it match any game situations...

There's the that restores music up to some point in season 3 but I guess it needs to be updated for v4.1.1.

The dev isn't "legally required" to put in the game anything he had promised.

If they make a reasonable sounding lie to make a sale, they can be sued, fined, or forced to give refunds. That is for sales, not supporters on Patreon. Based on precedent they would be required to give refunds.

That's their problem.

If you didn't buy the game you are not entitled to anything, and since it was stated on the sale problem then it is not their problem in the slightest. If it ends up in the game, optional or not then they have fulfilled their obligations. They have a vision and can carry it out how they see fit, so long as they fulfill their promises to their customers.

Hi Everyone,
I hope you’re all doing well and had an amazing week!

This past week hasn’t been great for me—I’ve been dealing with a cold for over two weeks, and it finally knocked me out for a few days. That’s why the Weekly Report is coming to you a little later than usual.

This week, I’ve been focused on creating an event for Lisa, Lauren, and Emma. What seemed like a simple task at first quickly turned into quite the challenge because of all the branching paths and possible scenarios. Here’s how it shaped up:

• I had to write versions of the event for when the main character is dating both Lisa and Lauren, as well as when they’re only dating one of them, while still dating Emma.
• Then, I had to consider what happens if the main character isn’t dating Emma. To keep the Lisa/Lauren dynamic, we had Denise take Emma's place.
• On top of that, I factored in whether Toby is dating Denise or not.
• And finally, I didn’t want to overlook Emma entirely, so I wrote another version of the event without Lisa or Lauren.

In total, this one event ended up requiring nine different versions. Even though they’re similar in some ways, writing them all took a lot of time—and being sick definitely didn’t make it any easier!

That said, I’m hoping to finish this part of the episode by Monday or Tuesday, so I can move on to Tris and Charlotte’s content after that.

Yes and No. And a huge it depends, as the relationship with Charlotte and Tris is not tied to the main story/plot. You are making a few assumptions such as having a relationship with both Charlotte and Tris. So it depends. If you have a relationship with Tris but not Charlotte, then no. If you have a relationship with Charlotte but not Tris, then no. If you don't have a relationship with both Tris and Charlotte, then no. If you have a relationship with both, they will figure it out, yes.

However, I’m working on making sure these episodes are doable and we're not going to spend years on one season alone.

For some perspective, the file for the largest episode I’ve written for this game had 7,400 lines. So far, I’ve written over 6,000 lines, and it doesn’t look like the workload will slow down anytime soon, especially with the upcoming events for Tris and Charlotte next week.

I’m almost done with the solo date between Emma and the main character. Aside from that, I’m really happy with how things are shaping up with Lisa, Lauren, Emma, and Denise.

I’m incredibly grateful to you all for making that possible, and it’s tough to step away from something I’ve worked so hard on. But right now, this is the best decision I can make.

While I’ve always aimed to be open and honest with you, I can’t go into details about what’s going on personally. What I can do is pause all billings, so no one will be charged moving forward. It wouldn’t feel right to continue accepting payments without being able to deliver the work you expect, like some others might do in similar situations.
