The MC in this game is one of the Biggest piece of shit, human garbage, hypocrite i have ever seen in these types of games;
the guy insult and disrespect Phill the man that literally saved his sorry ass multiple times, not only that but he dare being judgemental towards him because of some action with his secretary when he does far worst 10 times a day.
I hope that MC will get the Worst ending possible, like abandoned by everyone, become a hobo and die from an overdose or something

To be fair, I'd take a Brian type of anti-hero/monster with a heart character any day rather than some goody-two shoes self entitled hero trope. It's also quite clear from early that Phil had something to do with his dad being in jail, so fuck him. Btw, Brian was never in any kind of a formal relationship with the girls, unlike the old bloke who was married.
It's normal that every one the game start doesn't start with the menu but with 2 error and if I choose to continue begin the story ? Loading the saves I think I can continue but probably the incest patch doesn't active.

Do you suggest playing with the patch or not ?I mean is the developer intent for this game to be incest or its just fan made patch?
That I don't know, you'd have to ask RoyalC about it, but seeing how there are actually specific renders for it, not only dialogues added with recycled renders, I guess it was the original story but you know, Patreon rules.
from the dialouge and plot it seems that at least some of the girls thought/think otherwise (Lizzie/Brandy/Amie) and I think they would surely consider Brian to be cheating.

I play without the incest patch and frankly, the story makes sense as it is, I think the incest patch would make it much messier. I have also read here from people that used the incest patch that it changes some things in the plot - and the changes were not well received by everyone.
I recommend playing the game without the incest patch.

Yopu installed it wrong, it's not done the same as other patches, read the installation instructions in the OP.
