for the previous version (v0.10.2) also works for v0.10.3 without the need for an update. There are no changes in the file it replaces. I guess it means there are no new achievements in there to unlock...
For those who haven't used it before - it fixes achievements page (adds two missing achievements) and fixes old saves (created before v0.9 of the game) - Taahir's and Mahabbah's profile pages and Stephanie's movie achievement that was unlockable before v0.9 (message about unlocking it appeared, but had no effect to achievements page).
You have to copy the folder itself with everything in it, not just its contents. It's explained in the README file and also on the lewdpatcher web page.

That's actually a little disappointing. I mean you'd think action has consequences.
I see that is a save line for Saeki. Come inside her or not. Someone else thinking that she will come back preagnant at the end?
How do I get rid of the error when starting the game up. I installed a patch in the location it is supposed to be placed in. But still get an error. I can start the game up by ignoring it but can't enter the settings to put my game in fullscreen and mute the volume.

I said what the error is. It's an error when opening the game it doesn't even show the title screen.Without telling us what that error message is, you need help from a clairvoyant

No, in your previous post you most definitely did not say what the error message actually is. Now you did.
And it means that you installed the incest patch in a wrong way, its images are not in the game/patch/images subfolder where they are supposed to be. Copy the "patch" folder (not the contents of the patch folder) and paste it into the "game" subfolder. As a result you should have a subfolder named "patch" inside the "game" subfolder.
You gotta love how the MC gets all high-and-mighty over a certain someone cheating on ...

True, but Jeanne is also married and the MC flat out mentions the hypocricy ... and that he doesn't mind.
He mentions it, but it's also action-reaction. Had Phil hadn't cheated on Jeane and she hadn't found out, she wouldn't have got into a relationship with Brian. The whole thing started after she got the photos.
There are singles routes for all girls - and threesome routes for Lizzie/Vanessa, Anastasia/Cecile - so far.
