It was quite underwhelming. I was hoping for a good Brandy ending. The concept was nice but, yeah. I would've liked the endings for be more developed. They seemed rushed. To be fair tho, there are a lot of different endings. Although endings that involve 2+ girls are just the same ending with different images. Also

This one had such promise, but in the end it was rushed to a conclusion. I hear the creator is working on their next project, let's hope this doesn't happen with that one.

so after playing non stop ever since the update came out, here are my few thoughts:

Overall - The end was satisfactory for me, seems to be a bit rushed at some moments but all in all a great game & worth playing. Kudos to RoyalCandy for finishing this, excited to see your future project. (& it appears that this next game is about Natalie & most likely to be set in the same NMS universe so finger crossed for some more Saeki & the sexiest of them all Mahabbah (with or without Hijab, i don't give a shit, she's the hottest one nocap )

Fav Ending - Stephanie's, closely followed by Brandy's. They both had like proper happy ending, well except for that old brain-brandy scene. i know it was supposed to be cute and all but still mehhh.

Ending I was most excited about - Nicole's. Nothing too deep here, just that she was one of my fav LI (guess i have thing or so for tattooed / goth girls, they seem to catch my eye first, be it any game) and wanted to see how everything pans out after i chose her over brandy . Again, nice ending, could've been better but good enough i guess (consider the other "mini - harem" endings.)

Least fav ending - Jeane's.
JK lol her ending was cool too, they addressed the Lizze issue in this one so it seemed more refined for me than any of those multi girls endings. Although i think we all would've appreciated some more Jeane, she lacked content.
Single forever was obvi the worst one. boy atleast do something with Saeki, she's pregnant for god sake

Fav Moments - "Visiting Nicole as the Long Lost Husband" scene. idk but that reunion was cute
"Lizze/ Vannesa getting jealous of Brandy" scenes.
"After Abortion" scene with Stephanie.

Least fav moment - The scene with Brandy at the prom after you reject her. That was heart breaking af.

Fav LIs - Stephanie, Nicole & Brandy. Glad their endings were one of the better ones.

Least fav LIs - Amie & Vannesa. what can i say, not my type i guess

Can anyone help with this? whenever I try to launch the game I get this error "The code execution cannot proceed because python27.dll was not found" and the same thing with SDL2.dll. Ive read that you can just install them, but it still gives me the error. thnx

You are missing files in the "NoMoreSecrets-0.11-pc\lib" folder. You need to make sure you extract the entire zip file. Also, make sure your anti-virus software hasn't quarantined the files.

Since you seem to be the only one with this problem, it must be something at your end.
Are you sure your zip is intact and not broken? Do these missing files exist inside the zip? Explore it a bit, try to find them in there.

I placed the game on my ssd where my windows is installed and everything works.

I have a weird question to you guys and girls

Can you see videos playing when you start the game from the beginning and the intro starts? Or do you get a blank screen with text instead? In case you don't know or remember, there were moving background images there before, I remember them and video files are still in the game\video folder.

All video files are fine, playing normally in a video player.
Code of the intro file shows that they should be loaded when you start the game and see text at the bottom of the screen.

All other Ren'Py games are playing videos perfectly and when I move one of the video files from NoMoreScrets game folder to another game and start it there, it works as expected.
But none of the videos of the intro of NMS are playing here in their original game.
Tried a video file from another game in NMS and it won't play either.

Extracted the game again and tried to run it as is (without extracting with unren) - still the same.

Copied the game onto another PC and tried to run there, still blank.

There seems to be something botched in this game, so videos won't play any more. I'm not sure what it is.

I'll try to read through the configuration myself too, but I can't right now and maybe not tomorrow, either.

I wish I had one of the very old versions of this game to compare files with the new one, but I've deleted all of them, except the previous one. And the previous one is no better than the new.

I doubt that Candy is able to fix it by himself...

Candy has disabled all sounds in options.rpy, but Ren'Py needs a sound channel to play videos
Enabled one of the channels and videos are playing again.

Well, depends...
Probably, yes. But it makes sense that Ren'Py tries to reserve a sound channel when it starts to play a video.

I just remembered reading about it some time ago after I found that there are no volume controls on the prefs page.

Found them being commented out in screens.rpy and removed comment marks. Volume controls still didn't appear, since apparently channels were disabled.

Then grep'd the word 'sound' through rpy files. Found define config.has_sound = False in options.rpy

That's it.

Believe my ending with Brandi is bugged....when i choose her for prom queen, she says she needs to know just one thing....then it jumps to mc and nichole running through park hand in hand all lovey dovey like.....wtf?

Only mod I've made was using the ipatch. Not using a compressed version either.
