Check My Save i Tried 4 Times But Failed

Igor and Cecile quest is badly broken. You take her to her house and it says "I have things to do" and kicks you out of the house . No way to complete the quest.

Alternative:

Unfortunately i can confirm this issue. I can just rewatch the the scene between mike's dad and green haired girl with result :"great they are busy". No chance to talk to anyone or do something at the phot session. I already visited Mike and uploaded the pics. But I did not get a condom, MC just said something like: Damn, no condom, it will be hard, but I have to improve something.
