Either restart that quest from earlier save or keep looking and engage in dialogue with everyone in the house for spoilers.
Ive done it today to load and retake that quest about two times but still, the glitterin spot isnt there, i planned to redownload it after this, wew

I open the game and on the title screen I see the Dalmatian dry humping a character. Is there any beastiality in the game or just teased.

It depends on your interpretation : you know he's actualy a 'robot', so technically, no bestiality, but boy, does he look real , haha, hahaha ...epic DDfunlol style .... (btw : if you get far enough into the game, you will also encounter horsey)

i have gone though and reading the quest log but having an issue and im sure its user error.

Too Hard! (already completed the bank quest)
The best uncle (thats done till next update)
a good pimp (need to finish the quest "help 3 people". cant find them and i thought i have searched everywhere.)
a gift for auntie! (i gave the dog to be trained but cant seem to get passed that.)
any help would be great
