There's absolutely no suggestion in the game that a "BBC" fetish for Jen or MC is involved in their decision to invite him in as a bull. He gets chosen because he's a trusted friend and they already know he is kinky enough to likely be down for the cuckold fantasy scenario. Yes, he posted on his patreon a few weeks ago announcing the intention to release a final chapter to wrap up the story arc in November. No other communications so far that I'm aware of, so this Itch update is news.

Update: I checked it, the most recent update is about the skill tree changes. This was already shared here two weeks ago. So, it's nothing new...
