In the last progress report, I said that Chapter 8 might be ready sometime in November, which turned out to be wrong. It's still not ready and it won't be in the next two weeks. And, later on comes the holiday season, so, I don't know, if it isn't ready before Christmas, probably only in January then.
My apologies. Release dates have always been hard to predict, and even more so now. In previous chapters, I had some wiggle room to postpone some scenes to later chapters to release an update faster. But, this time, it's more like the opposite; there is stuff that I didn't account for, but needs to be done and can't just be postponed.
In two weeks, I'll make another progress report update to keep you in the loop.
When I miss release dates like this, I always like to remind everyone that it's totally okay if you want a refund. Also, if you already contributed €15 in total (or bought the game on Steam/itch), you don't need to keep subscribed to Patreon, you'll get the update exactly at the same time as everybody else.

There's Jen and Lea I believe both of them can have sharing in their paths, it's been a while since I last played, but I remember that.
Then Kim's path the way it is right now, it would not surprise me if by last chapter or the epilogue she's been cheating on you as well, but so far by tag definition I would say Lea definitely qualifies as NTR.
Just so we're clear though: sharing is never NTR (netorare), it's NTS (netorase). It's only NTR when the MC is clearly against it/hates it, being stolen from as opposed to sharing.
I haven't played the game beyond the intro and it was mostly the netorare tag that made me interested.

I don't disagree, and to be honest I don't care that much, but you need to accept that different people have different understanding - so many western sites just lump all three variations together under "NTR". Just so we're clear, you writing your definition on this thread does not change anything.
It's not my personal definition. It's the definition used by most people including how the stores and sites that peddle netorare label it (including needling down to netorare type a, b, bss ntr etc).
And afaik the rules on F95 changed so the netorare tag is slowly being removed from netorase and netori games that don't actually have netorare.

If you squint it, you can make a case of NTR when MC dates Lea, but becomes a sub towards Kim to the point that he breaks up with Lea to be Kim's toy. So Kim has stolen MC from Lea. No case of Netorase, Lea wasn't even aware that MC and Kim are fucking when she was dating MC.
It doesn't matter in the end, because this site still only offers the NTR tag at best.
